EmpowerHome Team is hiring motivated Buyer’s Agents in Atlanta, GA to work with qualified homebuyers and company-provided appointments .
Get the leads, appointments, CRM, training, and team support you need to spend less time prospecting and more time meeting buyers, showing homes, writing offers, and closing deals .

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ Commission-Based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoMeet with qualified homebuyers
Understand buyer needs and goals
Show homes and guide buyers through the process
Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
Manage clients from consultation to closing
Follow up with leads using our CRM and sales systems
Work with lenders and other transaction partners
Provide excellent customer service
Attend sales training and coaching
Build referrals and repeat business
Active Georgia Real Estate License – Required
Located in or able to serve the Atlanta, GA market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, responsive, and customer-focused
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
Comfortable working with CRM and real estate technology
Ability to manage multiple clients, appointments, and transactions
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Full-time commitment to real estate
Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
