Scheduling Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
Job Specifics:
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)
- Shift: Monday-Friday, hours between 7am-5pm
- Location: On-site in Onalaska, remote eligible after training
- Department: Neuroscience Department
What's Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Scheduling/coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
