Controller

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Controller with a growing biotech manufacturing company in Bend, Oregon. This role is onsite and would require relocation. This role will lead its accounting operations and support rapid company growth. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, managing audits, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to stakeholders. The Controller will oversee and mentor the finance team, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to support business performance and expansion initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent), CPA ideal 10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or project-based environments Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to manage monthly financial close and reporting Experience overseeing audits Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
