Job Title: Material Handler / Driver

Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
(Paid 20-minute break + Unpaid 30-minute lunch)

Starting Pay: $18/hour with room for growth

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking, fast-paced Material Handler / Driver who stays productive at all times and is a true team player. In this role, you will keep our machines running by unloading, organizing, and feeding bales of corrugated sheets onto conveyors. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that counts on each other, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do:

• Unload all inbound bales of corrugated sheets and organize them for machine infeeding conveyors
• Keep conveyors loaded at all times – any downtime for the machines is on you to prevent
• Use receiving documents / bills of lading to verify product accuracy
• Handle non-palletized bales ( most product is not on pallets ) and stack bales on top of each other
• Drive safely around machinery and building support beams – good hand-eye coordination required
• Work in a loud environment – hearing protection and safety glasses provided and required
• During downtime: run scrap sheets through the shredder and keep baler area clean
• Lock and unlock trailers at appropriate times
• Maintain clean floors in all work areas

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Good time management and multitasking skills

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Loud worksite – hearing protection required
• Safety glasses required
• Frequent lifting, stacking, walking, and driving
• Non-palletized bale handling
