Reporting to executive leadership, this position is responsible for overseeing corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial processes while partnering with leaders across U.S. and international operations.This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced finance professional who understands both the technical requirements of accounting and the operational realities of a manufacturing environment.The Corporate Controller will play an important role in strengthening financial processes, improving reporting and controls, supporting international operations, and providing executive leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Financial LeadershipLead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple business entities.Oversee timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reporting.Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal controls and accounting policies.Provide executive leadership with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.Partner with operations, sales, supply chain, and other business leaders to understand financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modeling.Analyze profitability, working capital, cash flow, operating performance, and key financial metrics.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, controls, and reporting.Support the evaluation of strategic investments, business in Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
