The Junkluggers 

Pay:

Up to $24/hour – Uncapped earning potential including base pay, profit sharing, and tips!

Employment Type:

Full-Time
(4 Weekday Shifts + 1 Weekend Shift Expected)

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service

• Build rapport with residential and commercial customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every job

Driving & Teamwork

• Drive company trucks to local homes and businesses
• Work closely with your truck team to complete jobs safely and efficiently

Physical Work

• Lift, carry, and remove unwanted items
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs throughout the day

Positive Energy

• Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to every shift
• Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes and businesses

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with physical labor and lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, driving, moving, delivery, landscaping, construction, or general labor is helpful but not required
