This role is for you if:

• You have 2+ years of HVAC install LEAD experience
• You’re already the  go-to person on your crew
• You hold yourself to  elite standards (and expect the same from others)
• You’re ready to  lead, teach, and develop junior techs
• You care about  customer experience , not just getting the job done
• You don’t make excuses—you solve problems

This is NOT for:

• Clock-punchers
• Shortcut-takers
• People who blame others or the system

• Lead a team to complete  high-quality HVAC installations from start to finish
• Ensure  zero-callback, right-the-first-time installs
• Train and mentor  junior installers and apprentices
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job
• Troubleshoot and solve  complex install challenges
• Keep your truck, tools, and jobs  organized and dialed in
• Work closely with  sales and operations to execute at a high level

• Clean, efficient installs

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience total
• EPA Certification
