Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Registered Nurse (RN) position based in Bellevue, WA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care needs. Day-to-day tasks include administering medications, monitoring patient health, providing wound care, educating patients and families about care plans, and coordinating with healthcare teams. The role requires maintaining detailed patient records and ensuring compliance with medical protocols and agency standards. Qualifications Strong clinical skills, including patient assessments, administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs Proficient in developing and implementing individualized care plans and providing patient education Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and medical documentation requirements Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Active and current RN license in Washington State CPR certification and a valid driver’s license Experience in home health or medical staffing preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Interim HealthCare of Bellevue
