• A true full-scope practice: Provide care ranging from dental implants, wisdom teeth, and bone grafting to corrective jaw surgery, facial pain, injuries, and fractures.
• Surgical planning and anesthesia: Use cone beam CT imaging and office-based IV sedation or general anesthesia, with patients monitored during and after surgery.
• Mentorship and peer support: Newer surgeons can access mentorship and experienced colleagues as they become part of the practice.
• A path to partnership: Join a majority doctor-owned organization, where eligible doctors can pursue partnership and equity early in their career.
