Technical Project Manager

Project Overview

The client is seeking an onshore Technical Project Manager to support coordination across several large IT initiatives. The primary focus will be coordinating companion workstreams, keeping activities and dependencies organized, and maintaining communication across multiple teams and offices.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can effectively coordinate stakeholders, track follow-ups, identify issues and dependencies, and keep project information current. The resource may also support smaller IT project activities as capacity allows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate companion workstreams supporting several large IT initiatives.
• Track activities, dependencies, decisions, risks, issues, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and participating teams.
• Coordinate work across multiple offices and help ensure local activities remain aligned with broader project plans.
• Facilitate status updates, working sessions, and follow-up activities as needed.
• Identify delays, gaps, or conflicting priorities and escalate them appropriately.
• Provide general project coordination support for smaller IT projects when capacity allows.
• Keep project information, schedules, action items, and other coordination materials current.
• Support project activities from initiation through completion while helping ensure work is delivered according to project requirements.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting large IT projects, programs, implementations, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with project leadership.

• Comfortable working with project plans, action logs, status reports, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to identify issues and dependencies early and help drive them toward resolution.
