Bilingual Dispatch Associate The Bilingual Dispatch Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors at... Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and route incoming calls; respond to inquiries in English and Spanish. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs. Process payments and handle basic cash transactions when required. Verify and process customer documentation related to vehicle auctions Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers. Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software. Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry. A commitment to providing fantastic customer service. Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations. A friendly, outgoing, patient personality. You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you're needed. Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM Drug Test/ and employment check This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
