**Job Summary:**
As a Service Warranty Administrator at Payne Alice Motors-Buick Chevy GM, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of service warranties for the customers. This includes processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and providing excellent customer service to address any warranty-related issues.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience working in a similar role in an automotive dealership setting
- Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

**Responsibilities:**
- Review and process warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions
- Maintain warranty records and documentation in an organized manner
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to warranties in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with the parts and service departments to facilitate warranty repairs and replacements
- Stay up to date on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
