responsibilities:

• Process Engineering: Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and equipment layouts to improve workflow and operational efficiency for Our Client.

• Costing & BOM Management: Create and audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) and perform detailed cost analysis on labor, materials, scrap, and overhead to support new product introductions.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the facility to reduce defects, eliminate waste, and actively train Our Client's employees on continuous improvement tools.

• Quality & Compliance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), lead root cause analyses (using DMAIC and 5 Why), and support corrective actions to reduce process variation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Our Client's Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to review manufacturability, upgrade equipment, and resolve vendor or material quality issues.
