Key Responsibilities of the RN - Behavioral Health - Travel

• Assess patients' mental health status, including symptoms of psychiatric disorders, substance use, and behavioral issues
• Develop individualized care plans and implement appropriate interventions
• Administer psychiatric medications and monitor effects
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention to patients
• Build trust with patients through effective communication and empathy
• Monitor patients for vital signs, mental status changes, and medication effects

Requirements of the RN - Behavioral Health - Travel

• Active BLS and CPI certifications
• Experience with psychiatric care and therapeutic communication
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and medication management
