This Skilled Nursing Facility opportunity offers the chance to work alongside an experienced rehabilitation team helping adult and geriatric patients improve mobility, strength, and independence. As a PTA, you'll implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist while making a meaningful impact on each patient's recovery and quality of life. Position Highlights

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) 13-Week Travel Contract Full-Time Schedule Adult & Geriatric Patient Population Collaborative Rehab Team Winter Haven, Florida Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist patients with gait training, therapeutic exercise, balance activities, transfers, and functional mobility Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques Complete accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Why Winter Haven?
