Team Lead Benefits

Team Lead Responsibilities

1. Build, grow, and lead your own brand and/or team within and beyond your market
2. Provide exceptional service to buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
4. Mentor and collaborate with newer agents when appropriate
5. Leverage Link's technology, marketing, and operational resources to scale your business
6. Work closely with Link's leadership team to support growth initiatives within your region

Requirements

1. Active real estate license required
2. Minimum 2 years of real estate experience preferred
3. Consistent production with at least 5 transactions annually
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a long-term business
6. Team leadership experience is a plus but not required

$60,000 - $200,000+ per year
