Role Overview A Dental Hygienist provides preventive dental care, educates patients on oral health, and collaborates with the dental team to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures, screenings, and medical history documentation. Educate patients on oral health and promote lifelong dental habits. Utilize digital tools such as x-rays and scanners to enhance patient care. Maintain a respectful, patient-focused environment. Qualifications & Skills Licensed in IN with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and patient screening. CPR certification required. Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists. Strong communication, team-oriented mindset, and a desire for ongoing learning. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Availability for training sessions and adherence to safety protocols. Must complete TB testing prior to employment.
