Flatbed CDL A Driver, Regional Route

Position Overview System Transport is hiring recent CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western United States. As a driver, you will transport goods including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. This is a full‑time flatbed regional driver position. Location & Schedule Division: Division 272 Terminal: Denver, CO Home time: Home for the weekend Route type: Regional Compensation Weekly pay: $977.20 – $1,978.55 (depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length) Annual pay: $50,814.40 – $102,884.60 Flatbed regional driver rate: $0.51 – $0.79 per mile, depending on experience Additional accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay, plus mileage pay Transition package: $1,800 ($1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account 401(k) and 401(k) matching Life insurance Employee assistance program Transition pay and orientation pay Accrued time off: 1 hour sick per 30 hours worked; 80 hours PTO for 1‑9 years; 120 hours PTO for 10+ years Additional benefits available after eligibility waiting period Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Age 21 years or older 4+ months of driving experience (no experience required for recent CDL graduates, who will receive training) Clean driving record No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result required Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (or will be tested during orientation) Preferred: 1‑year truck driving experience Pet & Guest Rider Policy No pets allowed Guest riders: aged 7 years or older after 90 days of safe driving Application Deadline July 31, 2026 (California jobs only, if applicable).
