Field Service Technician

Location: North & South Carolina Company: Tyger River HVAC & Fire Job Type: Full-time or Part-time About Us Tyger River HVAC & Fire provides fire protection and HVAC services to commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities across the Carolinas. With over 20 years of combined experience, our team specializes in fire damper inspections, overhead cleaning, duct services, HVAC preventative maintenance and fire extinguisher services. We are growing and seeking a reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. About the Role We’re looking for a dependable Field Service Technician to join our growing team. You’ll perform routine HVAC filter changes at client sites including manufacturing facilities, healthcare facilities and assisted living communities. Work takes place indoors and outdoors, so you’ll need to be comfortable in seasonal conditions (heat in summer, cold in winter). What You’ll Do Replace HVAC filters on schedule at client facilities Document work accurately and follow safety procedures Communicate professionally with clients and teammates Assist with other fire protection and safety services as needed Work performed in industrial, commercial, healthcare and assisted living facilities Indoor and outdoor tasks – candidates should be comfortable working in seasonal conditions (heat in summer, cold in winter) Requires standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50lbs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities Port-to-port pay (paid from the time you leave until you return) Paid vacation & holidays Bonus/commission opportunities Career growth into multiple service lines What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Prior HVAC or maintenance experience a plus (but not required — we train the right person!)
