Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Frequent Travel Required: willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time. Job Responsibilities The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for: Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews. Designating material staging areas. Overseeing and training individuals in roofing system installation. Managing crew personnel scheduling and issues. Being responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost‑effective manner. Compensation and Benefits A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with the following benefits: Structured bonus salary plan after 90‑day performance evaluation. Qualifications 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years’ experience in the Roofing Industry. Must speak English fluently; Spanish or Vietnamese a plus. Minimum High School Graduate or GED; College preferred. Familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers. Positive, solution‑based approach to challenges. Strong work ethic.
