Job Requirements Health First is proud to participate in the Department of War SpouseWorks program—a 12-week program that connects military spouses to opportunities for hands‑on training, mentoring, and potentially future employment. Candidates are interviewed and matched with host departments and complete on‑the‑job training while working five days a week. To be considered, applicants must be accepted into the SpouseWorks program and complete the application in the link below along with the Health First job application. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, public relations, or related field. Work Experience: Experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, or related field. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Experience in content creation and managing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong project management, multi‑tasking, and decision‑making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, follow‑through, and problem‑solving abilities. Strong orientation toward achieving personal, departmental, and corporate goals and objectives.
