Descripción del Puesto
El Capataz de Paisajismo supervisará las operaciones diarias de los proyectos, incluyendo la organización de los equipos de trabajo, la coordinación de materiales y pedidos, la gestión del inicio de los proyectos y el control constante de la calidad.
Este puesto también incluirá tareas ligeras de paisajismo cuando sea necesario para apoyar al equipo y mantener los proyectos funcionando sin problemas.
Responsabilidades
- Supervisar y administrar múltiples proyectos de instalación de césped artificial de principio a fin, asegurándose de que se cumplan los plazos y estándares establecidos.
- Realizar inspecciones de control de calidad y recorridos finales para confirmar que el trabajo cumpla con las expectativas de la empresa y del cliente.
- Servir como punto de contacto para los clientes, proporcionando actualizaciones y resolviendo preguntas o inquietudes.
- Coordinar con los equipos de paisajismo para mantener una comunicación clara y una ejecución eficiente de los proyectos.
- Ordenar y administrar materiales y equipos, asegurando entregas oportunas y un inventario preciso.
- Dar seguimiento a los presupuestos y gastos de los proyectos, manteniendo la eficiencia de costos sin comprometer la calidad.
- Identificar posibles riesgos o desafíos con anticipación e implementar soluciones efectivas.
- Mantener documentación precisa y organizada de los proyectos, incluyendo contratos, órdenes de cambio, informes de progreso y fotografías documentales del inicio, avance y finalización de cada proyecto.
Requisitos
- Experiencia comprobable en la industria del paisajismo.
- Amplio conocimiento de la instalación de césped artificial, materiales y mejores prácticas.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y administración del tiempo, con capacidad para establecer prioridades y cumplir con los plazos.
- Bilingüe en inglés y español, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Licencia de conducir válida y un historial de manejo limpio.
- Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones positivas con clientes y miembros del equipo.
- Dominio de programas y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones acertadas bajo presión.
- Atención a los detalles y compromiso con el trabajo de alta calidad.
- Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, con capacidad para motivar y guiar a un equipo hacia el éxito.
