Details Split assignment across Home Health (50%) and Skilled Nursing Facility (50%) settings, with flexibility required based on area need Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm Uses HCHB for Home Health and NetHealth for Skilled Nursing Facility documentation No on-call or call-back requirements Onsite Therapy Supervisor available Requirements Current OT license required (if applicable) Minimum 1 year of experience required Current BLS certification required Valid driver's license required for consideration Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Additional Information New graduates are welcome to apply Productivity expectations are 90% in Home Health and 85% in Skilled Nursing Facility settings Local candidates accepted within an 80-mile radius at an adjusted rate First-time travelers may be considered for this position American Traveler Job ID #P-749277.
