The position requires working night shifts of 12 hours. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Certifications in ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, BLS, and NRP are required. The unit operates in a family-centered care setting. Nurses will be responsible for monitoring patients and assisting in labor and delivery. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential for optimal patient outcomes. The focus will be on providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
