Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase requirements Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in coordination with Purchasing, Quality, and suppliers Essential Duties And Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase requirements Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in coordination with Purchasing, Quality, and suppliers Receiving: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase requirements Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in coordination with Purchasing, Quality, and suppliers Shipping: Prepare domestic and international outbound shipments, including temperature-controlled and dangerous goods shipments as applicable, in accordance with customer, regulatory, and IATA requirements Coordinate shipment schedules with customers, carriers, and international departments Coordinate transportation with approved carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries Respond to customer and carrier shipping inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues Inventory & Compliance: Support cycle count and physical inventory activities Follow Good Documentation Process (GDP), FDA regulations, ISO13485 requirements and company procedures Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits involving warehouse operations Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, issues, and adjustments within the ERP system Store, move, and handle materials in accordance with established inventory control procedures and material handling requirements Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and shipping efficiency Assist in creating, revising, and maintaining warehouse SOPs, work instructions, and forms Pay range: $24-$28 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
