Manufacturing Operations Manager
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies
PCT – Pacific Cast Technologies, a leader in high‑integrity aluminum investment castings, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for its Salem, OR facility. This role oversees day‑to‑day foundry and machining operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. The manager leads production teams, drives lean and continuous improvement initiatives, optimizes workflows and capacity, and partners closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance. Responsibilities include coaching supervisors, managing KPIs, supporting customer and OEM requirements, and fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and long‑term employee development.
