Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Wed: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Thu: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter access points. Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing people, vehicles, and/or deliveries at the location. Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual activity and communicate needed information to supervisors, clients, and/or local responders. Minimum Requirements CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
