Internship Description: Work alongside and be mentored by experienced water professionals and industry leaders. Gain real-world experience in the design of electrical power and controls systems through assisting with a wide array of water projects. Receive training from our experienced water staff and project managers. Gain experience in the competitive consulting engineering industry. Visit some of Garver's Water project sites. Requirements: Candidates must be pursuing an electrical engineering in an ABET accredited program. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Interest in designing water and wastewater infrastructure. Preferred skills: Experience with AutoCAD or Revit. Previous consulting industry exposure or experience. Work Environment This is an in-office position; duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to offsite locations to perform work and work-related tasks or to attend meetings may be required.
