In this role, you will do more than manage complex clinical tasks—you will serve as a pillar of comfort and human connection for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. If you naturally combine high-level clinical expertise with deep empathy, we want to hear from you.• Patient Monitoring: Continuously assess and monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.• Medication Administration: Deliver medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV therapy and sedation.• Emergency Response: Act swiftly in life-saving situations such as cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, or shock.• Diagnostic Support: Assist with and interpret diagnostic tests like blood work, imaging, and EKGs.• Medical Equipment Operation: Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and other critical care devices.• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.• Family Support: Provide emotional support and education to patients' families about conditions and treatments.• Infection Control: Follow strict protocols to prevent the spread of infection in the ICU environment.Interested in learning more, schedule a time to chat with a recruiter.Qualifications:• Associate Degree in Nursing• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire• 1 year of Telemetry and RN experience highly Preferred• CCRN preferredWe're all about well-being, starting with yours.
