Term Law Clerk

Overview of the Position The court is accepting applications for a Term Law Clerk position with U.S. Magistrate Judge Helena Barch-Kuchta. The position is based in the Yosemite Courthouse or the Fresno Courthouse, with occasional travel to Yosemite. Full-time remote work may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates who have prior clerkship experience and a suitable dedicated workspace. The law clerk will manage and track a high-volume caseload (regularly over 100 active cases) and handle a mixed docket of federal civil and criminal matters.
