Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting in various surgical procedures by preparing and meticulously organizing the operating theatre
• Upholding sterile environments and following infection control protocols diligently
• Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical team members promptly
• Preparing and overseeing surgical equipment before, during, and post-surgery
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring every surgical operation runs smoothly
• Collaborating closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel for optimal patient care
• Maintaining accurate surgical counts and essential documentation throughout

Education Requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Certifications Needed:

• Valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of starting)
