What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the Clean Dream Team – Support the Executive Housekeeper and manage housekeeping and laundry operations when they’re away
• Coach & Train – Interview, train, and support Housekeepers and Laundry Team Members
• Set the Standard – Hold team members accountable to core values and performance expectations
• Room Readiness Pro – Assign daily room boards, hallways, and extra tasks while tracking late checkouts and early departures
• Quality Champion – Inspect due-out, vacant, and inspected rooms to ensure they exceed brand standards
• Fix It Fast – When something’s not right, guide team members to correct it immediately
• Jump In When Needed – Assist with room cleaning, laundry, and public area upkeep during busy times
• Behind-the-Scenes Organizer – Ensure storage rooms are stocked and organized; put away deliveries promptly
• Communication Hub – Work closely with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management to keep operations running smoothly
• Lost & Found Legend – Collect, log, and store items properly in software programs
• Schedule Support – Help ensure all shifts are covered fairly, including weekends, holidays, and call-ins
• Team Morale Booster – Maintain a positive attitude and support a respectful, upbeat work environment
