A leading law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support complex regulatory matters, litigation, and international arbitration. A leading law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support complex regulatory matters, litigation, and international arbitration. This role involves managing all phases of regulatory filings and related proceedings, with a focus on trade remedies and cross-border disputes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of regulatory, litigation, and arbitration matters
- Support trade remedies proceedings before U.S. regulatory agencies and related litigation in federal courts
- Assist with international arbitration matters, including investor-state and commercial disputes
- Prepare, review, and cite-check legal filings in compliance with court and agency rules
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER
- Manage electronic and hard copy case files using litigation support technology
- Coordinate filings through PACER, ECF, and other systems
- Assist with trial and arbitration hearing preparation, including witness coordination
- Supervise project assistants and temporary staff as needed
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and staff to support case strategy and execution
- Bachelor's degree required; strong academic credentials preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm environment, with exposure to regulatory, litigation, or arbitration matters
- Experience with trade remedies or international arbitration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support software (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, Case Notebook, Trial Director)
- Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and legal research tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and citation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Foreign language skills (e.g., Spanish or Mandarin) and paralegal certification are a plus
