Payroll Analyst

RTX is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join the Payroll Governance Team. You will oversee benefit deductions, ensure accurate payroll processing, and act as a subject matter expert across RTX units including Raytheon, Collins, Pratt & Whitney, and Corporate. You will apply federal regulations and internal requirements, perform detailed reviews, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain audit-ready payroll processing in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
