Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active AR Physical Therapist license required
• Home health experience required
• Experience with HCHB required
• Experience with OASIS required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend requirement
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• Travel is required throughout assigned coverage areas, with daily routes typically clustered together and averaging 100 to 120 miles per day
