Plus, by building relationships with your customers and their typical freight, you won't face unexpected shipments or delays. **Why Choose Us?*** Home Daily: Enjoy a consistent night shift schedule and be home every day* Work-Life Balance: Work 5 days a week with 2 days off (not back-to-back)* Route Consistency: Get clear direction and route information from Site Leadership, so you always know what to expect **Competitive Pay:*** Selected routes average between $1,193 - $1,693 per week / $62,000 - $88,000 per year* Starting Pay: 60.5 cpm* Mileage: Average 2,000 miles per week* Stop Pay: $20.50 per stop (average 5-8 stops per week, depending on the route)* Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay available **Freight & Equipment:*** No Touch Freight: Focus on driving while they handle the loading and unloading* Freight Type: A mix of reefer and dry van loads including food products, miscellaneous goods, and furniture to locations in AL, GA, and Ridgeland, MS* Reefer Experience Not Required: Training is provided for those new to reefers **Opportunity For Growth:** * Drivers bid on routes twice a year based on seniority**PAID TRAINING!** Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years to go through our 1-week paid training program **CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits:*** Paid time off including 8 paid holidays* Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision and hearing coverage starting as low as $40.20/week (individual) and $105.90/week (family) after 30 days* Profit Sharing: Monthly direct deposits into your retirement account* Referral rewards: Cash bonuses for referrals* Career Growth: Opportunities for local, regional, and leadership roles within Averitt**Ready to make a change?
