Key Responsibilities Provides evaluation, treatment plans, and interventions based on diagnosis and patient needs. Maintains thorough documentation, billing accuracy, and adheres to productivity standards. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate optimal care. Supervises staff, assistants, and students to uphold care quality. Engages in ongoing education, quality improvement, and program development activities. Participates in meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration to support care goals. Qualifications & Skills Current physical therapy license and BLS certification. Strong communication, critical thinking, and care planning skills. Experience with target patient populations and computer proficiency. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Ability to read and operate equipment, assist with patient transfers, and perform manual tasks. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting to support patient care.
