Degree Wellness is an innovative wellness and recovery studio opening soon in Richardson's CityLine district. We offer cutting-edge wellness services including Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, Cold Plunge, IV Therapy, Compression Therapy, Halotherapy, and IV Vitamin Therapy.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Wellness Membership & Events Specialist to help introduce Degree Wellness to the community before our grand opening. This is a people-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others discover the benefits of wellness.

This is not a cold-calling or door-to-door sales position. You'll be interacting with people at community events, pop-up markets, local businesses, networking events, and wellness activations where they are already interested in learning more about health and wellness.

What You'll Do

• Represent Degree Wellness at community events, festivals, farmers markets, health fairs, networking events, and local businesses throughout the Richardson/Plano area.
• Welcome and engage prospective members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate guests about our wellness services and answer questions about our studio.
• Recommend the membership that best fits each guest's wellness goals.
• Promote and sell our exclusive Founding Memberships.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule studio visits.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining an inviting booth.
• Participate in photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback after events to help improve future outreach efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or helping others live healthier lives.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or event experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as events are scheduled.
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout the Richardson/Plano area.
• Comfortable appearing in social media and marketing content.
