At Regarding Dentistry, we're seeking an enthusiastic and patient‑focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. This is a full‑time opportunity working just 4 days per week, giving you more time to enjoy life outside of work. Compensation: Starting at $53/hr and can increase based on experience Hygiene Bonus program: Additional potential monthly compensation Sign on Bonus: $5,000 What You’ll Love About This Opportunity Full‑time 4 day work week Competitive pay and benefits package Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern technology and comfortable clinical setting Opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients Focus on quality patient care, not production pressure Schedule Monday: 7am - 5:00pm Tuesday: Off Wednesday: 7:15am - 5:00pm Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday: 7:15am - 2:00pm Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF Responsibilities Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments Take and review digital radiographs Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans Document patient care accurately and thoroughly Partner with dentists and team members to provide outstanding patient experiences Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in MN Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient education skills Compassionate, professional, and team‑oriented approach Experience preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply The Ideal Candidate: You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients achieve healthier smiles.
