Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person

• Process orders, quotes, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Knowledge of the building, construction, or related industry strongly preferred
