Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is essential in ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone and email. Assisting customers with their questions and concerns to provide satisfactory solutions. Maintaining and updating customer records accurately in the company's database. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Adapting to different customer situations and providing appropriate solutions. Ensuring all interactions comply with company standards and policies. Providing feedback to help improve overall customer service processes. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
