Senior Revenue Accountant

Revenue AccountantLocation: Palo Alto, CA (onsite) Duration: Contract Pay rate: $67/hr - $75/hr. on W2Responsibilities:Independently prepare and maintain accurate, audit-ready SOX control workbooks, including validating input data accuracy and completeness via system reports and driving each workbook through to completionExecute monthly accounting activities in NetSuite, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close-related deliverablesProactively communicate status, flag issues early, and clearly state conclusions and any needed follow-upsPrepare deal and contract summaries for significant transactions in accordance with ASC 606Support collection forecasting and accounts receivable managementAssist in the preparation of quarterly AR and Revenue Footnotes, ensuring all supporting schedules tie back to the general ledger and are audit-readyRequirements:5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Revenue AccountingBachelors' degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong working knowledge of ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirementsDemonstrated collections experience and analytical skills in ARProficiency in NetSuite, Excel (advanced: complex formulas, data validation, large data sets), and SalesforceProven ability to prepare SOX control workpapers that stand independently under audit review and to articulate the intent behind each control, not just execute itExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and conciselyAbility to work independently and manage deliverables in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentA proactive, continuous improvement mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skillsBig 4 experience strongly preferred.CPA Certification strongly preferred.About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
