The right candidate brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude, takes pride in delivering quality work, follows directions and safety standards, and can work efficiently as part of a team while solving problems and adapting to changing needs.Key Responsibilities:Operate floor equipment safely and efficientlyClean and maintain hard surface floors to quality standardsPerform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and carpet cleaningLift and move furniture or other items as needed to complete floor workInspect, maintain, and report any equipment issuesOther Responsibilities:Remove trash and replace linersVacuum and spot clean carpetSweep and mop hard surface floorsClean restroomsSanitize all high touch points, spot clean glass, dust, and stock suppliesQualifications:Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportationBackground & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.Work Ethic: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendanceTeamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environmentSafety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsOrganization: Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a strong sense of urgency and customer service focusFlexibility: Willing and able to perform a variety of cleaning and operational tasks as business needs requireExperience: Prior experience in a labor-based role preferredPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift.Additional Information / Benefits:401K/403b PlanDental InsuranceVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceDailyPayThis position reports to Account Manager.The following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckThe following shifts are available:Third shiftWeekend shift
