Schedule: Full‑time, Monday - Friday Responsibilities Provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients. Complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks. Assist with clinic billing, audits, and addressing patient relations. Set an example for the team, providing mentorship and implementing training as needed. Assist with projects, administrative tasks, and any other clinic tasks as assigned to support the team. Ensure the facility is efficiently managed, well‑kept, clean, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies and inventory. Qualifications Must have experience as an assistant manager or supervisor. Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently to complete and execute tasks, ability to work with others as a team, as well as ability to learn quickly from oral and written instructions. Strong customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism. Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Teams). Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish.
