Responsibilities Execute comprehensive electrical and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to ensure asset longevity and operational safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install, commission, and test new production machinery. Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to resolve persistent performance issues. Coach and mentor operators on autonomous maintenance procedures and equipment optimization. Maintain detailed maintenance records and report activities using enterprise asset management software. Uphold rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards across all facility operations. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex equipment and reading electrical schematics. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and reliability. Preferred Skills Completion of a recognized technical apprenticeship or relevant trade degree. Prior experience with SAP or similar maintenance management software. Knowledge of high voltage systems and industrial safety compliance standards.
