Human Resources ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee employee relations, leave administration, talent acquisition, and HR compliance across a multi-state workforce. This role will serve as a key partner to leaders and employees, helping drive a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes.Administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and state-specific leave requirements.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions.Support onboarding, employee development, retention initiatives, and workforce planning.Maintain accurate HR documentation, reporting, and employee records.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.5+ years of progressive HR experience.Experience supporting employees in multiple states and interpreting multi-state employment laws.Strong leave of absence administration experience, including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and state leave programs.Proven experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.Why Join Us?Join a growing organization that values employee development, collaboration, and continuous improvement while providing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Must-Have Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, multi-state HR support, and hands-on leave management administration.The Human Resources Manager works in a professional, fast-paced, and employee-centric environment that supports ongoing learning and growth.
