RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, day-to-day case management, and client management. Appear before state and federal courts of New Jersey and arbitrations.QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation Superior academic credentials Excellent research skills Exceptional writing and communication skills Must be admitted to the bar in the state New Jersey Must have New Jersey State court experience Project RecruitVacancy posted 3 days ago
