Psychiatrist

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist on behalf of a highly respected behavioral health organization . This is an on-site position in Warsaw, Indiana . The Psychiatrist will play a key role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of mental health conditions while partnering with therapists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based psychiatric care. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while monitoring patient progress and treatment effectiveness. Evaluate, monitor, and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and ongoing care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate behavioral health services and ensure continuity of care. Consult with primary care providers and other specialists to support integrated patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic medical record. Participate in peer reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and medical staff meetings. Provide clinical supervision and collaboration with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or other Advanced Practice Providers as appropriate. Maintain all required medical licenses, DEA registration, board certification, and continuing medical education requirements. Psychiatrist Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Active (or eligible for) state medical license. Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before employment. Experience treating patients with a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and medication management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Base salary: $275,000, plus a significant bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
