Pay Rate: $ 1,600 To $ 1,991 per week

Schedule: 1 2 Days Per Week | 2 7 Hours Per Event | Flexible PRN Schedule

Work Setting: Onsite Flu Clinics / Community Business Locations

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Immunization / Flu Clinic for an 8-week PRN contract opportunity in the Cleveland, Ohio area. The Pharmacist will administer influenza vaccinations at onsite clinics hosted by local businesses across various locations on the east and west sides of the area.

Responsibilities

• Administer influenza vaccinations safely and professionally at onsite business flu clinics.

• Screen patients for vaccine eligibility, contraindications, precautions, and relevant health information before immunization.

• Maintain accurate vaccination and patient documentation using Epic.

• Follow established immunization, medication-safety, infection-control, and patient-care standards during each clinic.

• Travel to various onsite business locations and remain flexible with changing clinic dates, hours, and scheduling needs.

• Active Ohio Registered Pharmacist (RPh) License Required.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) Degree Required; PharmD Preferred.

• Minimum 1 Year of Pharmacist Experience Required.

• Current BLS/BCLS and Immunization Delivery Certifications Required Prior to Start.

• Epic Experience Required; Previous Experience Administering Flu Vaccinations Preferred.

The Pharmacist will provide safe and efficient vaccination services while supporting flexible community-based influenza immunization clinics throughout the Cleveland area.
