Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology - Acute Care

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They work under the guidance of Nurse Managers and leadership, aligned with the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, Evidence-Based Practice, and organizational values. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and their families. Uphold nursing standards per the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Support service excellence and adhere to policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; direct patient care experience is a plus.
